Why this site exists

Most RV buying advice online has the same problem: it is confident about things it cannot know. Products described as tested that plainly were not. Scores out of ten with nothing behind them. Specifications that do not match the manufacturer's own manual.

RVTrove takes the opposite approach. Everything we publish traces back to a source you could check yourself — a spec sheet, a manual, a warranty document, a standard. Where the documentation runs out, we say so rather than filling the gap.

What we cover

Seven systems, each covered end to end: electrical, water, towing, gear, camping, maintenance, and cross-cutting guides. The aim is that for any given system you can arrive knowing nothing and leave able to choose equipment that actually fits your rig.

Who writes it

Dale Whitaker — Editor. Dale Whitaker writes RVTrove's equipment guides. Recommendations are based on manufacturer documentation, published specifications, warranty terms and aggregate owner feedback — not hands-on testing. Specification sources and verification dates are listed on each product.

RVTrove is independently run. It is not owned by a retailer, a manufacturer, or a media group, and no third party has editorial input.

How it is funded
